Riverside QS Services Limited was established in 2015 and is directed by experienced Quantity Surveyors each with over 30 years of experience in the Quantity Surveying Profession.
Our Services
Our current team of 4 Principal QS's are located in the East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire areas, however we work on a wide range of projects UK wide with no geographical limitations.
All measurement is carried out electronically based upon PDF drawings or, where necessary, hard copies. We can also undertake earthworks measurement and checking using 3D modelling software such as MOSS and CAD systems.
We have the experience and ability to carry out measurement and Bills of Quantities preparation for projects ranging from minor works through to £800m+ major projects and this experience enables us to work closely alongside the Client team to highlight and manage any discrepancies or missings within the design information provided.
Our People
Prior to establishing Riverside QS Services Limited in 2015 each Director had over 20 years experience within the construction industry working for the likes of Mott Macdonald, Balfour Beatty CSUK, Birse, Costain, C Spencer Ltd and Cleveland Bridge
